These terms cover the use of this website. They are short because the site is small: you can read about a product we are building, and you can leave your email address.

What this site is, and is not

Trip Designer is not yet available. Everything on this site describes a product under development. Screenshots and itineraries shown are design previews, not the finished product, and are labelled as such.

Nothing on this site is an offer, a contract, or a promise that the product will launch, launch on any particular date, include any particular feature, or be available in any particular city or at any particular price. Joining the wishlist does not entitle you to access, to a discount, or to anything other than an email from us if and when we open.

Who may use it

You must be at least 16 years old to join the wishlist.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit an email address that is not yours, or that you are not entitled to use;
• scrape, crawl, harvest or otherwise extract content from this site by automated means, or attempt to circumvent the rate limits and bot checks that protect it;
• copy, reproduce or republish the curation, itineraries, groupings or descriptions on this site, or use them to build or train a competing product or dataset;
• probe, scan or test the security of the site, or interfere with its operation;
• misrepresent yourself as us, or imply an association that does not exist.

Our content

The text, design, brand, logo and the selection and arrangement of places and itineraries on this site are ours or our licensors', and are protected by copyright, trade mark and - for the selection and arrangement itself - database rights. Curating what is worth visiting is the work this product exists to do; copying that curation is not permitted even where individual facts are public.

What you send us

If you send us survey answers, feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them to develop and improve the product, including in aggregate and anonymised form. We do not claim ownership of anything you write, we will not publish your answers alongside your identity, and you can have them deleted at any time.

Links to other sites

Where we link elsewhere, we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of errors. This does not affect any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

Liability

We are not liable for loss that is not a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited - including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law and where disputes are heard

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live, and nothing here takes that away from you.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version and date at the top of this page always show which version is current.
